- One tbsp. of Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
- Six tbsp. of Cashew paste
First of all, you will need to soak the cashews for five to six hours in salty water. Then for cooking the gravy, heat the oil in the pan and add the bay leaf, ginger and green chili paste, onion paste and continue to sauté them until the mixture turns light brown. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and then cook for a minute. After it, you can add the tomato puree and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Keep stirring while it is getting cooked. When the mixture starts to get separated from the oil and leaves the sides of the pan, then you can add 4 tbsp. of water and then add the soaked cashews in it.
