Blend half tea spoon of pineapple extract, half tea spoon of coconut extract, one table spoon of heavy cream, half frozen banana, a scoop of protein powder and blend them all in one cup of water. Add hand full of ice and sweetener if you like.

Add one table spoon of flax seed oil, half peeled fully ripe peach, 6 frozen strawberries, and a scoop of protein powder and blend all ingredients in a blender with one cup of water and add sweetener for taste.
PLUM LEMON SHAKE
Add two scoops of vanilla protein powder, one ripe plum (pitted) in 2 cups of water. Blend them with few cubes of ice and add juice of one medium size lemon and enjoy.
PINEAPPLE POWER SHAKE
Add one cup of pineapple juice, three strawberries, one banana, one tea spoon of Greek Yogurt and one scoop of vanilla protein and blend them for several minutes.
PERSONALIZED PROTEIN SHAKE
Add two cups of non fat cottage cheese, three scoops of vanilla whey protein, half cup non fat Greek vanilla yogurt, and any of your favorite fruit in two cups of skim milk and blend them all with a handful of ice. Add some sweetener like honey for taste.
PEACHES AND CREAM SHAKE
Take one scoop of why protein, a cup of water, one ripe peach, two table spoon of low fat sour cream, and blend them all.
ORANGE AND CREAM SHAKE
